Method
 

Instructions for Baked Healthy Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine sweet paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Pat your salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and sprinkle with the spice mixture, pressing it into the fish.
  4. Carefully place the seasoned salmon fillets on the baking sheet skin side down, leaving space between each to ensure even cooking.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped dill, and serve hot with lemon wedges.
