- Rinse the jumbo shrimp under cold water and pat them dry.
- Melt ½ cup of Kerrygold butter over medium-high heat in a large cast iron skillet.
- Add Creole Cajun seasoning, clam juice, white wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice and hot sauce to the melted butter and bring to a boil before simmering for 5-7 minutes.
- Arrange the shrimp in a large baking dish and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then stir the shrimp and return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and firm.
- Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve with warm crusty French bread.
