Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, combine cooled mashed sweet potato, grated zucchini, and coconut flour. Mix thoroughly until slightly sticky.
  4. Shape the mixture into small nugget or ball shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
