  • 2 pounds Jumbo Shrimp Fresh or frozen
  • 1 pound Crab Clusters Pre-cooked recommended
  • 1 pound Andouille Sausage Sliced
For the Vegetables
  • 1 pound Potatoes Small red or Yukon gold
  • 2 ears Corn on the Cob Cut into pieces
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Butter Sauce Adjust garlic level based on preference
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning Old Bay seasoning is a substitute
Extras
  • 4 units Eggs Optional, hard-boil separately
  • 1 can Beer Optional, for broth depth

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Fill a large stockpot with about 4-6 quarts of water and bring it to a rolling boil. Stir in Cajun seasoning or Old Bay, and add beer if desired.
  2. Add small red or Yukon gold potatoes to boiling water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Stir in sliced andouille sausage and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add crab clusters and jumbo shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and curled.
  5. Add corn pieces and hard-boiled eggs if using, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  6. Drain contents using a colander, then transfer to a large serving platter. Pour melted garlic butter sauce over the top.
