Cooking Steps
- Fill a large stockpot with about 4-6 quarts of water and bring it to a rolling boil. Stir in Cajun seasoning or Old Bay, and add beer if desired.
- Add small red or Yukon gold potatoes to boiling water. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until fork-tender.
- Stir in sliced andouille sausage and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add crab clusters and jumbo shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and curled.
- Add corn pieces and hard-boiled eggs if using, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Drain contents using a colander, then transfer to a large serving platter. Pour melted garlic butter sauce over the top.

Serve with crusty or garlic bread for dipping into the garlic butter sauce. Lay down newspaper for easy cleanup.
