- Prepare Cajun Seasoning by whisking together 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and a pinch of your favorite dried herbs in a bowl.
- Cook Rice by combining 1 cup of uncooked long grain rice, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 2 minced garlic cloves in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
