- Gather your ingredients and set up a food processor. Add the freshly grated carrots, pitted dates, walnuts, almonds, desiccated coconut, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt into the processor's bowl.
- Pulse the ingredients in the food processor until they combine into a cohesive, sticky dough, about 1-2 minutes. Add water if the mixture appears too dry.
- Using clean hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls. Set them aside on a clean surface.
