  2. Unroll one can of refrigerated crescent rolls into the prepared baking pan. Press the seams together to form an even layer.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth, then spread over the crescent roll base.
  4. Open the second can of crescent rolls and unroll it over the cheesecake filling. Seal any seams.
