Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast. Gradually add 1 1/2 cups of warm milk and 1/4 cup of melted butter, stirring until a dough begins to form.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5–7 minutes until you achieve a smooth and elastic texture. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Punch the risen dough down and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a flat circle, add mozzarella cheese in the center, pinch closed, and shape into smooth balls.
  4. Grease a baking dish and arrange the dough balls seam-side down. In a bowl, mix 1/4 cup melted butter, 3 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Drizzle over the rolls.
  5. Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and baked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
