Cook for 7–10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease to keep your burritos from becoming soggy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked meat, slightly crushed tater tots, and both cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix these ingredients well until everything is evenly coated in cheese and the tater tots are well distributed.
