Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup olive oil and ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice until well combined and glossy.
  2. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Mix until a rich marinade forms.
  3. Add 1 pound of shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F.
