Preparing the Cupcakes
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

Making the Frosting
- In a mixing bowl, beat together salted butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and pretzel crumbs until fluffy.
- Add a little water if needed to adjust the consistency.
Assembling the Cupcakes
- Frost each cooled cupcake with the pretzel frosting.
- In a small saucepan, heat chocolate chips and whipping cream over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
- Drizzle the ganache over the frosted cupcakes.
- Top each cupcake with sprinkles and a chocolate-dipped pretzel.
