- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the ground beef for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 3-4 minutes until onion is translucent.
