Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook for 7-8 minutes until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lower heat and add shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes (with juice), cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of water or broth if too dry.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the greased baking dish and compact with a spatula.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
