Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the diced onion for 4-5 minutes until soft.
  3. Mix in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Gradually add the spinach, stirring until wilted (2-3 minutes). Remove from heat, drain excess liquid, and cool slightly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  6. Stir in two-thirds of the shredded mozzarella and the grated Parmesan, followed by Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  7. Gently fold the cooled spinach mixture into the creamy cheese blend.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
