Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, layer corn, jalapenos, and Colby Jack cheese. Add sour cream and cream cheese, then sprinkle with Tajin and stir gently.
  2. Set the slow cooker to low and cover. Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until creamy and bubbly.
  3. Stir in crispy bacon after 2 hours and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro and lime juice. Serve warm with tortilla chips or Fritos.
