Steps
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef and onion until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Add garlic, then tomato sauce and seasoning. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cooked spaghetti with cream cheese and sour cream until evenly coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the spaghetti mixture, half of the meat sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
