- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean a large cauliflower head under running water and dry it. Trim away the green leaves and slice into 1 to 1½ inch thick steaks.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, and coat the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the seasoned cauliflower steaks in the air fryer basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Prepare the Buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Brush the cauliflower steaks with the Buffalo sauce and return to the air fryer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve immediately.
