  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives/cilantro
For Frying

Wonton Wrappers

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until creamy and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
  2. Add honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic powder, and chopped parsley to the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well combined.
  3. Take a wonton wrapper, spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center, moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to around 350°F (175°C). Continue assembling wonton rolls while the oil heats.
  5. Carefully add wonton rolls to the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove fried wontons with a slotted spoon and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  7. Arrange the fried wontons on a serving platter, drizzle with extra honey if desired, and garnish with parsley.
