- In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, and softened cream cheese. Mix until creamy and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Add honey, red pepper flakes, olive oil, garlic powder, and chopped parsley to the cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until well combined.
- Take a wonton wrapper, spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the filling into the center, moisten the edges with water, fold over, and press to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to around 350°F (175°C). Continue assembling wonton rolls while the oil heats.
- Carefully add wonton rolls to the hot oil, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
