  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until beef is fork-tender.
  4. About 15-20 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with cold water to create a slurry. Stir into crockpot and cook on HIGH to thicken the sauce.
  5. Ladle the beef over cooked rice or mashed potatoes. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
