  • 1 cup Mushrooms Sautéed vegetables based on preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, and the egg. Season with salt and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef or Italian sausage in a skillet for 6-8 minutes. Sauté onions and mushrooms until soft, about 4-5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Lightly grease the crockpot. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom, add ravioli, ricotta mixture, meat and veggie blend, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  4. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the final layer and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Monitor to prevent overcooking.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or basil.
