  • 1 lb Lobster fresh or frozen/canned
  • 1 lb Shrimp medium-sized, cooked
For the Béchamel Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter quality for best flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Flour all-purpose or gluten-free
  • 3 cups Whole Milk warmed
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated, can substitute with Pecorino Romano
For the Cheese Layers
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese or plant-based ricotta for dairy-free
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese or Fontina/Provolone
For the Lasagna
  • 9 sheets Lasagna Noodles regular or no-boil, gluten-free if needed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped, can substitute with basil
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale chopped
  • Fontina or Provolone Cheese depending on preference

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare Noodles: Boil salted water, cook lasagna noodles for 8-10 mins, drain, and lay flat.
  2. Sauté Seafood: Heat oil in skillet, sauté shrimp for 2-3 mins until pink, then set aside.
  3. Make White Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic, whisk in flour, then milk and cream, and cook until thick.
  4. Mix Filling: Combine lobster, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and part of the white sauce.
  5. Assemble Lasagna: Layer noodles, seafood filling, sauce, and repeat, finishing with sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake: Cover and bake for 25 mins, uncover and bake for an additional 15 mins until golden. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
