- Prepare Noodles: Boil salted water, cook lasagna noodles for 8-10 mins, drain, and lay flat.
- Sauté Seafood: Heat oil in skillet, sauté shrimp for 2-3 mins until pink, then set aside.

- Mix Filling: Combine lobster, shrimp, ricotta, mozzarella, parsley, and part of the white sauce.
- Assemble Lasagna: Layer noodles, seafood filling, sauce, and repeat, finishing with sauce and cheese.
- Bake: Cover and bake for 25 mins, uncover and bake for an additional 15 mins until golden. Rest for 10 mins before serving.
