- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the stale French bread into cubes and scatter them in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the bread.
- Whisk together eggs, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl until smooth. Pour evenly over the bread and blueberries.
- Press down the bread cubes into the custard and top with remaining blueberries.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, and sliced almonds in a bowl. Cut in the butter until resembling coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Allow the casserole to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy with yogurt or maple syrup.
