Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine red onion chutney, redcurrant jelly, sage stuffing, and leftover meat. Grate in Gouda and cheddar, stirring thoroughly.
  3. Split each croissant open and fill with the mixture, ensuring each bite is packed with filling. Gently nestle the halves back together.
  4. Place filled croissants on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and croissants are golden brown.
  5. Let croissants cool for a few minutes before serving warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs.
