Ingredients

For the Raspberry Layer
  • 1 box Raspberry Jell-O Forms the top layer.
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries Delivers tart flavor.
  • 1 cup boiling water Dissolves the Jell-O.
  • 1/2 cup cold water Helps cool the mixture.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat, then combine with crushed pretzels.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the baking dish and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Dissolve Raspberry Jell-O in boiling water, then add cold water and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Stir in raspberries, pour over cream cheese layer, and chill for at least 2 hours.
  7. Slice into squares to serve, and garnish with additional fresh raspberries if desired.
