Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper, brushing it with olive oil.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 36 by 25 centimeters and 0.5 centimeters thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared tray, keeping its rectangular shape.
- Mix melted butter and minced garlic, and brush over the dough. Sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning and sea salt on top.
- Distribute mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly across the dough, saving some Parmesan for sprinkling again.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into 18 pieces.
