  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, enriches flavor and promotes browning.

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper, brushing it with olive oil.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 36 by 25 centimeters and 0.5 centimeters thick.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto the prepared tray, keeping its rectangular shape.
  4. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, and brush over the dough. Sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning and sea salt on top.
  5. Distribute mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly across the dough, saving some Parmesan for sprinkling again.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into 18 pieces.
