For the Filling
  • 1 package Jell-O Gelatin choose your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream or cool whip
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit strawberries or blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Sprinkles choose pastel colors for an Easter theme

Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
