  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Sifted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly grease the parchment with cooking spray or butter.
Dry Ingredients
  1. Whisk together 1 cup of all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Creaming
  1. Beat together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mixing
  1. Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, along with lemon zest, ¼ cup lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix until combined.
Combining Mixtures
