Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill pan on medium-high for about 5 minutes until hot.
  3. Add olive oil to the pan, sear steak strips for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Pour the honey soy glaze over the cooked steak, sauté for another 1-2 minutes until glaze thickens.
  5. Transfer glazed strips to a platter, drizzle with remaining glaze, and serve immediately.
