For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Medium Raw Shrimp Peeled and deveined
For the Broccoli
  • 1 large head Broccoli Cut into florets
For the Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Black Pepper To taste
For Assembly
  • 1/2 Lemon Juiced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Chicken Broth Divided
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare two 14x14-inch pieces of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Italian seasoning, onion powder, smoked paprika, and adjust with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add raw shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Divide the shrimp between the two foil squares and add broccoli florets on the side.
  5. In each packet, incorporate 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of chicken broth.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic evenly on top of the shrimp in each foil packet.
  7. Fold the foil tightly to create packets and bake for about 15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and broccoli is tender.
  8. Carefully remove the foil packs from the oven, unwrap, and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
