  1. Gather and prep your ingredients. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for seasoning. Mince garlic, chop sun-dried tomatoes, and grate Parmesan cheese.
  2. Pat pork chops dry and coat with the seasoning mix. Dredge lightly in flour.
