Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather mixing bowl and other ingredients.
  2. Soak the fresh breadcrumbs in the whole milk for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet or greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
  5. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard in a separate bowl for the glaze.
  6. Brush the meatloaf with the glaze, covering all surfaces.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  8. Five minutes before baking is done, sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve with reserved glaze and garnish with chopped parsley.
