- In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of molasses, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.
- Gently fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispie cereal until well-coated.
- Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper, spoon the mixture into the pan, and press down firmly.
- (Optional) Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top before mixture cools completely.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
