Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring constantly for 4-5 minutes until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup of molasses, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in 6 cups of Rice Krispie cereal until well-coated.
  5. Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper, spoon the mixture into the pan, and press down firmly.
  6. (Optional) Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top before mixture cools completely.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
