- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt 1 cup of butter, then stir in 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 egg yolks, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add a few drops of green gel food coloring, mixing thoroughly until you reach your desired vibrant hue.
- Sprinkle 2.5 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt over the mixture and fold until combined.
