  • 1 medium Onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables can use fresh or frozen
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs or Crushed Crackers optional, for added texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3–4 minutes, or until translucent.
  3. Add the minced garlic and continue cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for 2–3 minutes. Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and mix.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and add breadcrumbs if desired.
  7. Bake for 30–40 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
