Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your workspace by lining an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, ¼ cup maple syrup or honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of fine sea salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan and freeze for 30 to 45 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine ½ cup of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and an optional ½ teaspoon of vanilla; heat until smooth.
  5. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the yogurt layer and spread it evenly.
