- Rinse kale, spinach, and celery under cold water. Shake off excess water and set aside.
- Peel and chop cucumber, core and chop pear and green apple.
- If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks.
- Combine all chopped ingredients in a blender. Add ground flaxseed and walnuts.
- Pour in oat milk and add ice if desired. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
