Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie Base
  • 1 cup Kale Rinse and remove stems before blending.
  • 1 cup Spinach Can use fresh or frozen.
  • 1 cup Pineapple Can be fresh or frozen; cut into chunks if fresh.
  • 1 medium Pear Core and chop before blending.
  • 1 medium Green apple Core and chop with skin left on.
  • 1 stalk Celery Chop into small pieces.
  • 1 medium Cucumber Peel and chop.
For the Protein Boost
  • 2 tablespoons Ground flaxseed Can substitute with chia seeds.
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts Can substitute with almonds or seeds.
For the Liquid Base
  • 1 to 1.5 cups Oat milk Choose unsweetened.
  • Ice Optional, use for thickness.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse kale, spinach, and celery under cold water. Shake off excess water and set aside.
  2. Peel and chop cucumber, core and chop pear and green apple.
  3. If using fresh pineapple, cut into chunks.
  4. Combine all chopped ingredients in a blender. Add ground flaxseed and walnuts.
  5. Pour in oat milk and add ice if desired. Blend until smooth.
  6. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
