Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Peel and pit the ripe mango, then chop into small chunks. Blend the mango with ½ cup almond milk until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1-2 tablespoons of water with matcha powder, whisk vigorously until fully dissolved.
  3. Layer mango puree at the bottom of a tall glass. Add ice cubes, then pour in ½ cup almond milk over the ice.
  4. Gently pour the whisked matcha over the almond milk to create a layered effect.
  5. Drizzle honey or maple syrup on top and a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor. Stir before drinking.
