Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to create the ideal environment for baking.
  2. Bring salted water to boil and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute, add shrimp and cook until pink, then mix in crab meat, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
  4. Combine ricotta cheese, heavy cream, half of Parmesan, and mozzarella in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a baking dish, spread Alfredo sauce, layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood, and Alfredo sauce twice more.
  6. Top with remaining noodles, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs before baking.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until top is golden.
  8. Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
