Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of Biscoff cookie butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add a layer of crushed Biscoff cookies (about 1/4 cup) at the bottom of each clear dessert cup.
  3. Spoon a layer of creamy cheesecake filling on top of the cookie layer.
  4. Continue layering crushed Biscoff cookies followed by cheesecake filling, aiming for 2 to 3 layers.
  5. Top each cup with a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle with extra melted cookie butter and optional caramel sauce.
