Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
- Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture; gently fold to combine.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
- Carefully lift out of the pan using parchment overhang and slice into squares.
