  • 2 large Eggs no substitutes recommended
  • 1/2 cup Honey can replace with maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder ensure gluten-free if required
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda ensure gluten-free
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt use sea salt for refined taste

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
  3. Sift in cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt into the wet mixture; gently fold to combine.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Carefully lift out of the pan using parchment overhang and slice into squares.
