Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and arrange in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the wings and let sit for a few minutes.
- Rub jerk paste all over the seasoned wings and marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
- Bake the wings uncovered for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Baste wings with BBQ sauce after 25 minutes and return to oven for another 10-15 minutes until sauce is sticky.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the wings rest for a few minutes before serving with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
