  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest Essential for flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the pie crust by rolling out dough, cutting circles, and placing them in the mini muffin pan.
  2. Chill the crusts in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and pre-bake the crusts for 6 minutes.
  4. Make the filling by whisking brown sugar, egg, vanilla, orange zest, spices, and melted butter in a bowl.
  5. Fill each pre-baked crust with about 1 teaspoon of filling and bake for an additional 14-16 minutes.
  6. Cool the tarts in the pan for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
