Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Rinse and pat dry the green beans, then toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry, brush with glaze, and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  5. Place the salmon and green beans on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes.
  7. Remove and brush salmon with more glaze; toss green beans.
  8. Return for another 5 to 7 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  9. Switch to broil for 2 minutes for a charred finish.
  10. Let the salmon rest for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with lemon zest.
