  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce thicker variety preferred
  • 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef/Turkey/Italian sausage) can swap for plant-based meat
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese for topping
  • 1 cup Basil optional, can substitute with other herbs

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and soften cream cheese at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese with basil until smooth.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in your casserole dish, followed by a layer of frozen ravioli, cream cheese mixture, and ground meat. Repeat the layers, finishing with sauce and ravioli.
  4. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top and finish with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 35-50 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
