Step-by-Step Instructions for No Bake Sugar Cookie Truffles
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes. Add vanilla extract and gradually mix in sugar cookie mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  2. Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring until glossy and completely melted, taking about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Remove chilled truffles from the freezer and dip each ball into melted white chocolate, letting excess drip off. Sprinkle with toppings while chocolate is still wet.
  5. Refrigerate coated truffles for about 10 minutes until chocolate is set. Serve or gift them once they shine!
