Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Shred 4 cups of cabbage and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, onion, garlic, and spices.
- Form patties from the mixture, about 1/3 cup each, and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush the patties with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let them cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
