Preparation

  3. Let the dressing sit for about 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  4. Combine the diced pineapple, cucumber, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  6. Taste and adjust flavors, adding more lime juice or sweetener if necessary.
