Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla protein powder, almond flour, freeze-dried raspberries, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  2. If the mixture is too sticky, chill it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
  3. Scoop out one tablespoon of the batter and roll it into a 1-inch ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with additional crushed freeze-dried raspberries, crushed almonds, or shredded coconut before serving.
