- Begin by rinsing and hulling each strawberry, removing the green tops. Use a sharp paring knife to gently hollow out the centers.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag and carefully squeeze the filling into each hollowed strawberry until it overflows slightly.
- Dip the tops of each filled strawberry into the graham cracker crumbs and place a fresh blueberry on top of each.
