Salmon Burger Preparation
- Flake the cooked salmon in a large mixing bowl, ensuring there are no bones and allow it to cool slightly.
- Mix in the eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic powder, fresh herbs, and lemon juice until just combined.
- Shape into 3 large or 4 medium patties and chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil until shimmering.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Slaw Preparation
- Combine shredded cabbage, Greek yogurt, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, fresh herbs, and olive oil in a separate bowl.
- Toss until the cabbage is coated and adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving
- Serve each salmon burger atop a bed of creamy slaw, adding extra garnishes if desired.

Notes
Chill patties before cooking for better shape. Adjust slaw seasoning to taste and store patties and slaw separately for freshness.
